Contact: Vicky Hammond

LAS VEGAS- Charleston Festival, a 95,000-square-foot shopping center in Las Vegas, celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, Jan. 26. The festivities included live music, one-day specials and giveaways that attracted local residents to the newest retail stop.

Designed by the Las Vegas office of Perkowitz+Ruth Architects, the development is located just minutes from the College of Southern Nevada. Designers embraced the local architecture found on the CSN campus by matching the eclectic collection of modern buildings.

Charleston Festival is a Bullseye Commercial Real Estate development. It is located on West Charleston Boulevard between Jones and Torrey Pines streets. The project offers necessary amenities for both students and local residents, including a local bookstore, various apparel stores, and dine-in and quick-serve eateries.
